This page applies to puretive.co and to every Puretive Botanics product, pack, advertisement and communication. Puretive Botanics is a brand of Huedlife Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying our products you accept this disclaimer, together with our Terms of service, Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy.

1. What our products are

Our products are botanical personal-care, wellness and food-supplement products. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this website, on a pack or in an advertisement should be read as such a claim.

2. No medical advice

All content on this website, including product pages, articles, ingredient notes, videos, chat and email replies, is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, under treatment, have a known allergy or sensitivity, or are buying for a child. Never stop, delay or change a prescribed treatment because of anything you read or hear from us.

3. Results vary

Skin, body, lifestyle and consistency of use differ from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result or any result within any period of time. Words such as "helps", "supports", "soothes" and "eases" describe the intended cosmetic or wellness use of a product and are not assurances of outcome.

4. Safe use is your responsibility

Topical products are for external use only. Read the label and directions before use. Do a patch test on a small area and wait 24 hours before regular use. Keep away from eyes, broken or freshly shaved skin, and out of reach of children. Stop using the product and consult a doctor if irritation, redness or discomfort occurs. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and the suggested daily serving must not be exceeded. The Company is not responsible for any reaction or harm arising from use contrary to the label, use despite a known allergy to a listed ingredient, use after the best-before date, improper storage, or use of a product that was tampered with or bought from an unauthorised seller.

5. Reviews, testimonials, videos and creator content

Reviews, ratings, testimonials, photographs and videos reflect the personal experience and opinion of the individual concerned. They are not claims made by the Company, are not a guarantee, and should not be treated as typical. Content from creators, experts or partners expresses their own views. Some content may be sponsored or gifted.

6. Ingredient and research references

Where we mention that an ingredient is "studied for" a purpose, we refer to published research on that ingredient in general. It is not a clinical study of our finished product and is not a claim about what our product will do for you.

7. Product information, images and packaging

We take care to keep descriptions, ingredient lists, images, weights and volumes accurate, but inadvertent errors and omissions can occur. Colour, texture and fragrance of natural ingredients may vary from batch to batch. Product images are for representation, and packaging and design may change without notice. The declarations printed on the pack you receive (including ingredients, net quantity, MRP, batch, manufacturing and best-before details, and manufacturer or marketer details) are the final and governing declarations. If anything on this website differs from the pack, the pack prevails.

8. Prices, MRP, offers and pricing errors

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping, cash-on-delivery or other charges, if any, are shown at checkout. The MRP printed on the pack is the maximum retail price; our selling price may be lower. Prices, discounts, bundles, free gifts and offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice, are subject to stock, may not be combined unless we say so, and may differ between this website, marketplaces, quick-commerce apps and retail stores.

Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price, discount, quantity or description because of a typographical, technical or system error. We are not bound by such errors. We may decline or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or under an offer applied in error, whether or not the order was confirmed or paid for. If you have already paid, our only obligation is to refund the amount you paid for that order to your original payment method.

9. Orders, payments and refunds

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, stock shortage or delivery restrictions. Payments are processed by third-party payment partners; we do not store your card or bank details and are not responsible for failures, delays, double debits or declines caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI apps or networks, though we will help you follow up. Refunds are made as set out in our Refund policy, to the original payment method, within the timelines of the bank or payment partner concerned.

10. Delivery

Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries are made by third-party courier partners. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by couriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, non-availability of the recipient, weather, strikes, government action or any event beyond our reasonable control.

11. Advertising and promotions

Our advertisements, social media posts, emails and messages are for general promotion. Any figure, comparison or statement in them is subject to the product label and this disclaimer, and is not a warranty. Offers shown in an advertisement are valid only for the period and on the terms stated at checkout.

12. Marketplaces and third-party links

Our products are also sold through third-party marketplaces and apps, which set their own prices, offers, delivery and return terms. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, policies or conduct of any third-party platform or website, or for products bought from sellers we have not authorised.

13. Website availability

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that stock shown is always available.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents, manufacturers and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, income, data or opportunity, arising from or connected with this website, our content, or the purchase or use of our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for that product or order.

The directors, officers and employees of the Company act on behalf of the Company and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, bear no personal liability for the acts, omissions, products, content or obligations of the Company.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any right you have, or any liability we have, that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

15. Your responsibility

You agree to use our products and this website lawfully and as directed, to give accurate order and contact details, and to bear responsibility for any claim arising from your misuse of a product, breach of our terms or infringement of any third-party right.

16. Intellectual property

The Puretive name, logo, pack designs, images, text and other content on this website belong to Huedlife Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

17. Grievance redressal

If you have a concern about a product, an order, a price, a weight or measure, a pack declaration, an advertisement or claim, a refund, or your personal data, please tell us first so that we can put it right promptly.

• What happens next: we acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.

Raising a grievance with us first helps us resolve it quickly; it does not affect any remedy available to you under law.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website or our products.

We may update this page at any time. The version published here on the date of your order applies to that order.
